This only applies to subscriptions that are paid upfront.

If you wish to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund, the cancellation request must be made within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.

Refund requests made after this one-week window will not be eligible for a refund, and your subscription will remain active for the purchased term.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided during the subscription process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your subscription and will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

555 Guardian Membership Policy

1. Community Review Process Following the conclusion of the 555 Guardian NFT claim period (the “Claim Period”), the Guardian Telegram community will undergo a structured review process. This review will be carried out by designated core members of the Guardian community (“Core Guardians”), who have been granted administrative permissions for this purpose.

2. Purpose The objective of this process is to refine and strengthen the Guardian community by maintaining an active, engaged, and purpose-aligned membership. The review will identify accounts that have shown little to no meaningful engagement or contribution and, with approval from the PulseChain Nexus team, remove such accounts from the Guardian Telegram group.

3. Fair Notice and Probationary Option Prior to any removals, a notice will be issued within the Guardian Telegram group to allow inactive members a reasonable opportunity to re-engage. Members who wish to remain involved may communicate their intent to the Core Guardians and will be considered for a probationary period during which participation and engagement will be assessed.

4. Retention of NFTs and Subscriptions Removal from the Guardian Telegram group will not affect ownership rights of any NFTs that were claimed or minted prior to the end of the Claim Period, nor will it affect any active subscriptions to the PulseChain Nexus.

5. Authority and Final Decision The PulseChain Nexus team retains final oversight and decision-making authority regarding all membership reviews, removals, and probationary determinations. The Core Guardians act under the direction and approval of the team. All decisions made pursuant to this policy shall be considered final.
