1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the user", "the reader") and the operators of PulseChain Nexus ("the Nexus", "we", "us", "our"), a publication operating as part of the Zero Trust Network. By accessing, browsing, subscribing to, or otherwise using the website located at pulsechain.nexus and any associated subdomains, newsletters, communities, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Use of the Service is void where prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Nature of the Service
PulseChain Nexus is an independent publication offering editorial commentary, research, opinion, market analysis, interviews, and educational material relating to cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and adjacent topics.
All content is published for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice (see the Disclaimer for full detail).
4. Accounts and Subscriptions
Certain parts of the Service — including premium articles, the Nexus+ tier, and access to the 555 Guardians community — require you to create an account and/or hold an active paid subscription.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms, used fraudulently, or used to harm other users or the Service.
- Subscription fees, where applicable, are charged through our payment processor on the cycle disclosed at the point of sale. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not generally provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
5. The 555 Guardians Community
Active subscribers may be invited to the 555 Guardians, a private community hosted on third-party platforms (including Telegram). Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked, without refund of any subscription fees, where a member engages in conduct including but not limited to: spamming, scams, harassment, doxxing, sharing illegal content, promoting unrelated paid offers, or sharing private community material publicly.
6. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Republish, mirror, scrape, or otherwise redistribute paid content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
- Use the Service in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our servers, or any account belonging to another user.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
- Use automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the Service except for legitimate search-engine indexing.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, impersonate, or threaten any person.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Service — including articles, research notes, graphics, logos, video, audio, code, and the overall look and feel — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use. Short quotations are permitted under fair-dealing/fair-use principles provided that you (a) do not reproduce a substantial portion of any single article and (b) credit "PulseChain Nexus" with a link back to the original page.
The marks "PulseChain Nexus", "Cipher Nexus", "Cipher Stack", "CipherIndex", "CipherBot", "Cipher Academy", "Zero Trust Network", and "555 Guardians" are trademarks of their respective owners. All rights reserved.
8. User-Submitted Content
If you submit comments, tips, feedback, or other material to the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, reproduce, and publish that material in connection with the Service. You confirm that any such material is your own and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our discretion, without notice.
9. Third-Party Links and Integrations
The Service contains links to third-party websites, products, and services (including but not limited to exchanges, wallets, dApps, video platforms, and Cipher Stack products). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, terms, or practices. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and governed by that party's own terms.
10. Advertising, Sponsorship and Affiliate Relationships
The Service displays third-party advertising and sponsored content, and may include affiliate links. See the Disclosures page for full detail. We do not guarantee, endorse, or accept any liability for advertised products or services.
11. No Warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
Markets — and the wider crypto ecosystem — move quickly. Information that was correct at the time of publication may become outdated, incorrect, or misleading without notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we, our directors, contributors, contractors, partners, nor affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or trading losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Our total aggregate liability to you, in connection with the Service, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total subscription fees you have paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) GBP 100.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law shall survive termination.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Disclosures, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service.
