The Zero Trust Network: A Guide to the Ecosystem
The Zero Trust Network is not a single product. It is a set of independent tools built around one operating premise: assume no intermediary is honest, assume every promise must be verifiable, and design every product so it works even when trust collapses.
Some of these products publish intelligence. Some move money. Some connect people directly to each other without a platform standing in between. All of them are built by the same network, and all of them share the same underlying posture toward custody, verification, and who gets to hold the keys.
This page is a working reference to what exists today. It will be updated as the network grows.
One Philosophy. Multiple Products.
Most technology companies begin with a product and expand outward. The Zero Trust Network began with a philosophy. Rather than asking what application to build next, it asks where unnecessary trust still exists, then builds infrastructure that removes it.
Every product below approaches a different problem through that same lens.
Intelligence and Research
CipherIndex
"How Trustless Is Your Blockchain?" CipherIndex is an evidence-based research tool that scores blockchain protocols across six dimensions: decentralisation, censorship resistance, immutability, security, speed, and distribution. It also hosts a real-time Stablecoin Freeze Tracker, monitoring freeze events across Tron, Ethereum, and XRPL as they happen, and a dedicated smart contract integrity page for evaluating contract-level risk. This is the framework layer of the network: the tool for asking how trustworthy a system actually is, rather than how trustworthy it claims to be.
CipherBot
An AI assistant built to explain crypto without a sales pitch. No identity requirements, no KYC, no spin. CipherBot also powers intelligence published across The Nexus, including daily stablecoin reporting and long-form analysis.
ZeroScan
A PulseChain-specific block explorer built as a deeper intelligence layer rather than a basic transaction lookup tool. Native trading charts with technical indicators, a Pro analytics dashboard, and a design philosophy tied directly to PulseChain's immutability, no admin keys, no freeze function, nothing for the explorer to hide.
Payments and Commerce
HeliusPay
Non-custodial payment infrastructure for merchants. Create a storefront, accept crypto payments, and funds settle directly to your own wallet: HeliusPay never takes custody. Pricing is a flat subscription rather than a percentage of sales, no cut of every transaction, unlike traditional payment processors. The stated revenue model routes the majority of every subscription dollar back into the network.
Croftr
A peer-to-peer local food marketplace: "local food, directly between people." Croftr connects local growers, producers, and makers directly with buyers nearby, running on the HeliusPay payment rail. It is the clearest real-world demonstration of what the payment infrastructure looks like once it reaches people who have never used crypto before.
Identity and Distribution
Unmasked
A long-form research library exploring the legal origins and history of the modern "person" as a construct, tracing the concept through common law and constitutional tradition. 240,000 words across eight pillars.
ZeroChat
"Zero Identity Social Media." Encrypted messaging, token-gated rooms, and a social feed built without the identity-harvesting model of legacy platforms. No KYC required to participate.
1Link
A crypto-native link-in-bio page with a built-in storefront. Non-custodial and multi-chain, powered by the HeliusPay rail, zero platform fees on sales. Its links open the destination app directly, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Telegram, and dozens more, rather than dropping visitors into an in-app browser, and login is self-custodial from the start: a generated key and a PIN, no email, no password.
CiphrLABS
The outreach engine of the network. CiphrLABS researches businesses and generates personalised outreach at scale, connecting merchants who have never touched crypto to the tools that let them accept it.
Media and Publishing
The Nexus
The written intelligence arm. Weekly reports, breaking analysis, and a growing library of evergreen reference pages covering security, stablecoin architecture, and the systems described throughout this network. This page is part of it.
Zero Media
The video and field-reporting arm, published on The Nexus. Long-form interviews and on-the-ground dispatches with the people building open money and the open internet, from conference floors to living rooms. "You can't put the fire of liberty out." A podcast launches Q3-Q4 2026, with founders, engineers, and economists from across the space as guests. Different format, same publication, same posture: no permission slip required to ask the questions the rest of the room won't.
Verification
Allied Builders
Not a product. A selective alliance of independently sovereign protocols that meet a six-point Code of Alignment: immutable code, trustless architecture, self-custody by default, peer-to-peer coordination, code is law, and no upgrade authority. Allied Builders is explicit about what it is not: "not a foundation, a fund, or an authority." It is a standard, and membership is earned by architecture rather than by relationship. Current verified members include Qortal, Liberty Swap, and PulseChain.
The Token
$ZERØ is the value-capture layer connecting the network's commercial activity back to a shared asset. No buy or sell tax, no reflection mechanics; the published economic model is designed so that growth comes from external merchant revenue moving through HeliusPay, not from recycled trading activity. Per HeliusPay's own published model, the majority of every subscription dollar routes into locked liquidity, protocol-held liquidity, buyback and burn, and merchant rewards, with the remainder funding operations.
How These Fit Together
None of these products require you to use any of the others. But they are designed to interconnect. A merchant found through CiphrLABS's outreach signs up for HeliusPay. Their storefront can live on 1Link. Their transactions can appear as real-world activity on Croftr if they're a food producer. CipherIndex scores the chains everything settles on, and Allied Builders verifies which protocols meet the network's own standard for sovereignty. CipherBot produces daily intelligence and long-form analysis published across The Nexus. Zero Media puts a camera and a microphone in front of the people actually building it.
The pattern across every product is the same: remove the party that would otherwise sit between you and what you're actually trying to do, whether that's a payment processor, an identity platform, a data broker, or an opaque research firm.
This page reflects publicly available information about each product as of July 2026 and will be updated as the network evolves. The Nexus covers the intelligence and security implications of these systems and the broader crypto landscape weekly.
